摘　　要：脂肪源干细胞具有取材容易、能反复取材及细胞增殖快速等优点。因此脂肪源干细胞已经逐渐取代骨髓间质干细胞在组织工程中的地位。随着人类对脂肪源干细胞的不断研究,现已经初步掌握了细胞的提取和鉴别。组织工程和干细胞技术的发展使脂肪源干细胞有望在软骨修复中得到更加广泛的应用。本文对诱导脂肪源干细胞分化成软骨细胞模型的研究进展进行综述。Adipose -derived stem cells can be derived easily, repeatedly and have extensive proliferative potential. Nowadays, adipose - derived stem cells have gradually taken the place of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in tissue engineering. As to the continually study about adipose - derived stem cells, people have initially mastered the technologies of the cell extraction and identification. The development of tissue engineering and stem cell technologies have made it possible for adipose - derived stem cells to be widely used in the cartilage repair. The recent progress including the differentiation of adi- pose -derived stem cells into cartilages is reviewed in this paper.
