摘  要:目的利用海信双子3D医学影像与计算机手术辅助系统建立猪肝脏血管数字模型,应用管道铸型技术建立猪肝脏血管与胆管系统塑化实体模型,对比分析两者的影像符合度,为研发小儿肝脏计算机手术辅助系统奠定基础。方法采集猪的CT检查原始数据,应用计算机辅助系统建立猪肝脏血管数字模型,应用管道铸型技术建立猪肝脏血管与胆管系统塑化实体模型。结果制作的猪肝脏血管实体模型及数字图像均可清楚地显示肝动脉、门静脉和肝静脉位置、管径及主要分支、次要分支和细小血管的分布以及胆管系统。结论研发的计算机手术辅助系统软件的准确性及可行性较高,可以为临床小儿肝脏疾病的个体化评估及治疗提供精准的信息及指导。Objective To establish a porcine liver vascular digital model by using Hisense Gemini 3D Medical Imaging and Computer-assisted surgery system, and utilizing pipeline casting technology to create a porcine liver vascular and biliary system plasticized solid model, the conformity of the two images was then compared to settle a foundation for research and development of computer-assisted system for pediatric liver. Methods Original CT-examination data in pig was collected, and a digital model of liver vessels in pig was created using computer-assisted system; a plastifying solid model of liver vessels and biliary system was established by using pipeline casting technology. Results The two models built could clearly display the locations, caliber, main and secondary branches of hepatic artery, portal vein and hepatic veins, as well as biliary system. Conclusion The developed computer-aided system software for surgery has a higher accuracy and feasivility, which can be used to provide accurate information and guidance for individualized evaluation and treatment of children with liver diseases.
