摘　　要：攀枝花徐家沟铁矿旁有丽攀高速拖路湾隧道、徐家沟大桥和双梁子隧道穿越。《公路安全保护条例》规定:"公路周围一定范围内禁止进行爆破作业"。通过研究,对徐家沟铁矿爆破开采进行限界分区,使禁采区大大突破了条例规定的范围,矿产资源得到了合理的开发和利用,解决了矿山与新建丽攀高速"爆破开采限界与安全营运"的突出矛盾,达到"共存共赢"的目的。Panzhihua Xujiagou Iron next to Lijiang to Panzhihua highway Tuoluwan tunnel, Xujiagou bridge and Shuangliangzi tunnel crossing.＂Highway Safety Protection Regulations＂provides that：＂within a certain range around the highway blasting operations are prohibited.＂Through research, Xujiagou Iron blasting delimiting partition, so no-take zone greatly exceeded the scope of the provisions of the regulations, mineral resources have been reasonable development and utilization, to solve the mine and the new Lijiang to Panzhihua highway climb speed＂blasting and mining clearance safe Operation＂prominent contradictions, to＂coexistence and win-win＂objective.
