摘　　要：通过凝固参数测定试验,模拟分析了典型工况下铸机模型计算偏差,并以轻压下技术的控制模型为基础,提出了轻压下工艺的优化参数。轻压下工艺参数的优化明显改善了铸坯的中心质量,同时试验结果也说明轻压下工艺优化的方案准确可靠。A Through solidification parameters measurement tests, solidltlcatlon process was s^mulated, and the deviation ot the caster calculation model in typical working conditions were analyzed. Based on control model of soft reduction, the optimal parameters were put forward. The soft reduction process parameters optimization obviously improves the quality of slab center, and the scenario is proved to be accurate and reliable.
