摘　　要：为提升企业竞争力和影响力,在国际金融危机中取得一定的经济效益和社会效益,将危机转化成机遇,研发出了新的生产工艺系统——定重供坯系统,对于轧钢工艺的发展提出了新思路和新方法。此系统将钢坯称重系统和定尺切割系统充分的结合起来,钢坯称中系统采用静态辊道称采集铸坯重量信息,定尺系统采用高精度红外摄像系统控制铸坯切割长度,利用PLC、WinCC等软件处理铸坯重量、长度信息与生产工艺参数间的逻辑、数学关系,实现了铸坯定重切割的手动及自动运行。技术实施后,铸坯单重合格率稳定在70%左右,棒材工序成材率提高0.15%。In order to enhance the competitiveness and influence of enterprises, achieve the maximum economic and social benefits in the international financial crisis, and turn the crisis into opportunities, Tangsteel people use their unremitting efforts and exploration, and finally developed a new landmark production systems--fixed weight billet supply system, which provided new ideas and new methods for steel rolling process development. This system will billet weighing systems and full length cutting system combines billet said the system uses the static weight of the slab roller, said collecting information, length system uses an infrared camera system control precision slab cutting length, the use of PLC, WinCC software processing logic slab weight, length and production information between process parameters, mathematical relationship to achieve a given weight of the slab manually cut and run automatically. After the technical implementation, a single heavy slab pass rate stabilized at around 70%, the yield improved process bar of 0.15%.
