摘　　要：医学职业是一种特殊的职业。现实中医学生的职业、就业、角色诉求无不彰显了构建医学生职业生涯辅导模式的必要性和紧迫性。本着人本化、专业化、系统化和发展性的四原则,从提升医学生职业生涯主体发展的自觉性、整合校内外力量、加强三级载体建设、明确医学生职业生涯辅导的路径四个方面来完善医学生职业生涯辅导。在此基础上建立构建集生涯辅导的主体与主导——环境与介体为一身的医学生职业生涯辅导的综合模式。Medical profession is a special profession. The reality of medicine students’ occupation, employment and role demand manifests the necessity and urgency of constructing a career counseling mode. It is essential to improve medical students’ career counseling from the four terms of enhancing their consciousness of career development, integrating the inside and outside strength of college, strengthening the construction of tertiary carrier, and specifying the path of career guidance, based on the four principles of humanism, specialization, systematization and development. On this basis, an integrated mode of career counseling can be built that incorporates subject and leading factor-environment and mediator for medical students.
