摘　　要：在网络环境下,很多固定的思想观念和行为模式都要重新定义和调整。警察形象逐渐出现危机,就是人民警察队伍对网络环境下的新情况、新问题缺乏了解、应对失当的结果。要想扭转这一被动局面,不仅要认真地分析形象危机的成因,制定改进的对策,而且要身体力行,坚持不懈。In the network environment, many fixed ideas and behavior models need to be redefined and adjusted. The crisis of the police image has arisen gradually, which is the result of the police＇s igno- rance and improper coping with new situation and new problems in the network environment. In order to change the passive situation, it is necessary not only to study the causation of the crisis of police image, make improving measures, but to carry out by actual efforts, and insist persistently. Only in this way, can the police image be thoroughly overhauled.
