阿托伐他汀联合厄贝沙坦治疗78例原发性高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨阿托伐他汀和厄贝沙坦联合治疗原发性高血压的效果观察。方法选用2011年9月～2013年9月期间我院治疗原发性高血压的患者156例，随机分成两组，治疗组给予阿托伐他汀联合厄贝沙坦用药法，对照组给予厄贝沙坦单独用药法。对两组患者治疗前后各项心功能指标、临床疗效以及不良反应进行比较。结果两组患者治疗前心功能各项指标无明显差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后治疗组无论是心功能各项指标，还是临床疗效均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05），两组患者不良反应无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀联合厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压，不但临床疗效十分显著，对于心脏功能亦有提升的效果，并且无不良反应现象发生，安全有效，值得临床中推广。Objective To investigate and explore the efficacy of atorvastatin combined with irbesartan in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods 156 patients with essential hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were selected and randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group was given atorvastatin combined with irbesartan,and the control group received irbesartan alone.Indices of heart function,clinical efficacy and adverse effects before and after the treatment in the two groups were compared. Results The differences of indices of heart function before the treatment in the two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Indices of heart function and clinical efficacy in the treatment group after the treatment were all significantly better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.The differences of adverse effects between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with irbesartan in the treatment of essential hypertension has a significant clinical efficacy,enhances heart functions and has no adverse effects,which is safe,effective and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
