改良雷火神针治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察改良雷火神针治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将46例患者采用随机分组法分为两组,治疗组25例采用改良雷火神针治疗,对照组21例采用传统的雷火灸。结果经2个疗程治疗后,治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为60.0%和96.0%,对照组显效率和总有效率分别为61.9%和95.2%,两组间比较,差异无明显统计意义(P>0.05)。结论改良雷火神针治疗过敏性鼻炎,经济实用,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Modified Thunder-Fire Drugs-Moxa Roll Moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 46 patients were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in the treatment group using Modified Thunder-Fire Drugs-Moxa Roll Moxibustion, 21 cases in the control group using the traditional Thunder-Fire Drugs-Moxa Roll Moxibustion. Results after 2 course of treatment, the treatment group markedly effective rate and total effective rate were 60.0% and 96.0%,the control group markedly effective rate and total effective rate were 61.9% and 95.2%,there was not significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion the Modified Thunder-Fire Drugs-Moxa Roll Moxibustion for allergic rhinitis,significant effect,economical and practical,worthy of clinical application.
