健康保健服务在干休所慢性病防治中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨健康保健服务在干休所慢性病防治中的应用效果情况。方法分析干休所慢性病患者200例资料,依据是否实施健康保健服务进行分组,对照组100例和观察组100例。结果观察组慢性病患者健康保健知识水平和健康保健行为评分均明显优于对照组,观察组慢性病患者健康保健态度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康保健服务在干休所慢性病防治中应用后可以明显提高健康保健知识水平,树立正确的健康保健态度,保证正确的健康保健行为。Objective To investigate the application effect of health care services in the prevention and control of chronic diseases in cadre＇s sanitaria. Methods Information of 200 patients with chronic diseases in cadre＇s sanitaria was analyzed.The patients were divided into the control group with 100 patients and the observation group with 100 patients based on whether health care services were implemented or not. Results The patients with chronic diseases in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group in the health care knowledge level and the health care behavior score,and the patients with chronic diseases in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group in the health care attitude,with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of health care services in the prevention and control of chronic diseases in cadre＇s sanitaria can obviously improve the health care knowledge level,establish right health care attitude and ensure right health care behavior.
