摘  要:回顾了我国渤海、南海单点系泊系统应用现状,通过典型单点系泊系统事故分析,总结了FPSO单点系泊系统失效原因和关键风险点。以我国常用的软刚臂式和内转塔式2种单点系泊系统为例,分别建立了包括海洋环境、FPSO水动力性能和系泊系统受力等信息在内的单点系泊监测系统,可为作业者提供决策支持;通过对比系泊系统现场工作性能与设计指标测量数据,可验证系统设计的优劣,为今后设计提供改进意见。目前"海洋石油113"、"海洋石油112"FPSO均已安装单点系泊监测系统,为油田安全生产提供了重要支持。Reviewing the application of single point mooring systems in Bohai Sea and the South China Sea, the FPSO single-point mooring system failure causes and key risk points are summarized through the typical single-point mooring system accident analysis. For two kinds of single-point mooring systems usually used in China, soft yoke mooring system and turret mooring system, the single-point mooring monitoring systems were established, involving the marine environment, FP- SO hydrodynamic performance, mooring force and other information, so as to provide the support to operators in making decision. The system design can be verified through comparing the mooring system performance and design index measurement data, to provide the recommendations for improving future designs. Currently “HYSY113”, “HYSY112” FPSO have been installed single-point mooring monitoring system, provide important support for the fields of production safety.
