摘　　要：介绍了湖北某钢铁企业焦化污水处理工程的概况、设计参数、工艺特点、开工调试的过程以及现场开工调试遇到的困难和整改方案。采用A2/O污水处理工艺,对焦化污水COD和氨氮等指标具有良好的去除效果,经混凝过滤后最终出水各项污染物指标均达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中一级排放标准的要求。并在该总结中分析了焦化污水开工调试过程中存在的问题,提出了解决方案,以供借鉴。This article introduces the general situation, design parameters, process characteristics, commissioning process, difficulties in the commissioning and transformation for coking wastewater treatment project of an iron and steel enterprise of Hubei Province. The COD, ammonia nitrogen and other indicators of coking wastewater can be removed effectively by using A^2/O wastewater treatment process, and all indexes of the final effluent water by coagulation and filtration can meet the first grade standard of Integrated Wastezeater Discharge Standard （GB8978-1996）. Finally, the article summrizes the problems of coking wastewater commissioning and provides corrresponding solutions for reference.
