3M聚酯泡沫敷料治疗危重患者Ⅰ期压疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨3 M聚酯泡沫敷料对危重患者Ⅰ期压疮的治疗效果。方法将2013年1～10月112例带入Ⅰ期压疮的患者按入科顺序排序,奇数号入观察组（56例）,偶数号入对照组（56例）。观察组应用3 M聚酯泡沫敷料联合常规压疮治疗方法治疗,对照组仅采用常规压疮治疗方法进行治疗,记录并比较两组Ⅰ期压疮在重症医学科期间不同时间段（入科第3、6天和出科时）压疮的治疗情况以及恶化率和恶化程度。结果两组患者治疗后压疮均有改善,观察组总有效率[94.6%（53/56）]高于对照组[67.9%（38/56）],差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在入科第3、6天及出科时,观察组总有效率分别为50.0%（28/56）、73.2%（41/56）、94.6%（53/56）,对照组分别为30.4%（17/56）、51.8%（29/56）、67.9%（38/56）,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在重症医学科期间不同时间段观察组压疮的恶化率均低于对照组,恶化程度也更轻。结论采用3 M聚酯泡沫敷料对提高Ⅰ期压疮的治愈率和有效率、降低在无效案例中Ⅰ期压疮的恶化率和恶化程度均有很好的效果,值得推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of 3 M Tegaderm Foam Dressing for stage Ⅰ pressure ulcer of critical patients. Methods A total of 112 patients with stage Ⅰ pressure ulcer from January to October 2013 were sorted by hospital order,the patients with odd number were observation group and patients with even number were control group,56 cases in each group. The observation group used 3 M Tegaderm Foam Dressing and conventional treatment method to treat stage Ⅰ pressure ulcer,while the control group only adopted conventional method. To record and compare the treatment condition,exacerbation rate and exacerbation degree of stage Ⅰ pressure ulcer at difference times（3rd,6th day after admission to ICU,and the day of discharge from ICU） between the two groups. Results The pressure ulcers of two groups were both improved. The total effective rate was94.6%%（53/56） in the observation group and 67.9%（38/56） in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;at 3rd,6th day after admission to ICU and the day of discharge,the total effective rates in the observation group were 50.0%（28/56）,73.2%（41/56） and 94.6%（53/56） respectively,and which in the control group were 30.3%（17/56）,51.8%（29/56） and 67.9%（38/56） respectively,the differences between the two groups all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）;the exacerbation rate of pressure ulcer at difference times in ICU in observation group was lower than that in the control group,with light exacerbation degree. Conclusions 3 M Tegaderm Foam Dressing has good effect to improve the cure rate and effective rate of stage Ⅰ pressure ulcer,and reduce the exacerbation rate and exacerbation degree in valid cases of stage Ⅰ pressure ulcers,so it is worthy promoting.
