摘  要:学绩评定模式在指导教师教学和学生学习方面发挥着许多重要的作用,是教师为改进教学、学校行政决策的主要依据。"基于学习行为与过程"的学绩评定模式是一种有别于传统量化评定模式的,有助于对学生实施全面教育、促进学生全面发展、提高教学质量的质性评定模式。它以课外阅读、网络论坛、书评展示、小组合作学习等方式,评价学生学习行为与过程,经实践检验,取得了较好的教学效果。Achievement learning, and it is also evaluation mode based evaluation mode plays many important roles in guiding teachers' teaching and students' a main basis of teaching improvement and administrative decision. The achievement on learning behaviors and learning process is different from traditional quantitative evaluation mode, and it is a qualitative evaluation mode being conducive to implementing general education in students, students' all-around development and teaching quality. The mode has the methods of extracurricular reading, internet forums, book reviews displaying and group operation study, and achieves good teaching efficacy through evaluating students' learning behaviors and learning process and practical test.
