摘 要:目的比较猪颈总动脉及股动脉小口径血管移植模型的优劣。方法 10只健康实验猪,共进行颈总动脉小口径血管移植10次,股动脉小口径血管移植6次。从猪颈总动脉及股动脉解剖、术中血管吻合的难易以及术后评价血管通畅等方面比较颈总动脉及股动脉血管移植模型的优劣。结果从血管解剖角度,颈总动脉较深,吻合操作较困难,但血管较粗(直径4.8 mm±0.3 mm),分支少。股动脉较颈总动脉表浅,更易定位分离,术中操作易于暴露,吻合较为容易,但相对较细(直径3.9 mm±0.2 mm)且穿支较多。颈总动脉小口径血管移植血管闭塞6枚,股动移植模型闭塞4枚。当人工血管发生血栓形成时,均未能观察到术后猪有异常表现,术后临床观察不能帮助准确判断移植血管通畅与否。结论猪颈总动脉及股动脉血管移植模型建立具有可行性,但两者各有利弊,均可以作为研究小口径人工血管的动物模型。Objective To compare the advantage of common carotid artery versus femoral artery small-caliber vessel transplantation model in pigs.Methods Ten healthy pigs were used in the present study.Common carotid artery small-caliber vessel transplantation model was established in 10 pigs,while femoral artery small-caliber vessel transplantation model was established in 6 pigs.Two vessel transplantation models were compared on aspects of vascular anatomy,surgical operation and post-operation observation.Results Common carotid artery was deeper which made anastomosis difficult,but the vessel was larger (diameter 4.8 mm ± 0.3 mm) and had less branches.Femoral artery was more superficial and easy to be found and dissected.It was easy to be exposed for vessel anastomosis in operation,however,the vessel was thinner (diameter 3.9 mm ± 0.2 mm) and had more perforating branches.In both of common carotid artery and femoral artery small-caliber vessel transplantation models,no abnormal clinical manifestation was observed when thrombosis happened (6 in carotid artery transplantation models and 4 in femoral artery transplantation models).Clinical observation could not help detecting whether the artificial vessels thrombosed or not.Conclusions The establishment of common carotid artery and femoral artery small-caliber vessel transplantation model was possible,bot of them could be used as a model for the research of small-caliber vessel.However,both of the two models had their own advantages and disadvantages.
