摘 要:目的探讨部分调节性内斜视足镜矫正后残余内斜视角大小对双眼单视功能的影响。方法部分调节性内斜视足镜屈光矫正,残余内斜视角≥+10△的患者59例,分成残余内斜视角>+30△组31例,≤+30△组28例,检查和比较两组的双眼单视功能。结果残余内斜视角>+30△组同视机Ⅰ、Ⅱ级功能不能建立分别为28例(90%)、29例(94%),Ⅲ级均不能建立;23例(74%)Titmus检查>400〞。残余内斜视角≤+30△组同视机Ⅰ、Ⅱ功能均不能建立6例(21%),无Ⅲ级功能19例(67%);7例(25%)Titmus检查>400〞。两组各级双眼单视功能建立构成比差异均有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论部分调节性内斜视足镜矫正后残余内斜视角越大双眼单视功能越差。Objective To evaluate the relation of the residual angle and binocular vision after full optical correction in partially accommodative esotropia. Methods 59 cases of partially accommodative esotropia with residual angle ≥+10△ after full optical corr ection were divided into two groups, residual angle﹥+30△ group and≤+30 △group. The binocular vision function of all cases were measured by synoptophore and compared. Results In group residual angle﹥+30△ , 28 (90%) and 29 (94%) cases had no gradeⅠand Ⅱ of binocular vision function with the synoptophore. All cases had no grade Ⅲ. 23 (74%) cases had more than 400〞 in Titmus test. In group residual angle≤+30△, 6 (21%) cases had no grade Ⅰand Ⅱ of binocular vision function with the synoptophore. 19 (67%) cases had no grade Ⅲ. 7 (25%) cases had more than 400〞 in Titmus test. It showed that two groups had signifi-cantly difference in 3 grades of binocular vision function, P〈 0.01. Conclusions The more residual angle after full op-tical correction in partially accommodative esotropia, the worse function of binocular vision.
