摘 要:为深入了解广西普通油茶种质资源的遗传多样性,为广西普通油茶资源的深度挖掘和充分利用提供有价值信息,本研究采用SRAP分子标记对已收集的119份广西普通油茶进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,17对引物组合共扩增出87个清晰稳定的条带,其中多态条带41个,平均多态位点百分率为46.1%;种质间的遗传距离在0.073-0.732范围内,平均遗传距离为0.383;其中,125G与146G之间的遗传距离最大,亲缘关系最远,90SBL和94SBL之间的遗传距离最小,亲缘关系最近;UPGMA聚类显示一些样本未表现出与来源地相一致的聚类关系,这可能是由于引种或种质交流等原因造成的。To evaluate the genetic diversity of Camellia oleifera germplasm resources in Guangxi province, and to provide useful information for germplasm exploitation and utilization, 119 accessions of Camellia oleifera from Guangxi province were analyzed for genetic diversity using SRAP molecular markers. The results showed that 87 clear and stable bands were amplified based on 17 SRAP primer combinations, in which 41 bands were polymorphic, polymorphic percentage was 46.1% on average. The germplasm genetic distances were ranged from0.073 to 0.732, and the average genetic distance was 0.383 among these materials. Two pairs of Camellia oleifera(125G and 146G) had the maximum genetic distance, thus the genetic relationship was farthest; and the other pairs(90SBL and 94SBL) had the minimum genetic distance, the genetic relationship was closest. The UPGMA cluster analysis revealed the cluster of some materials did not match the places from where the materials came. The result may be caused by the introductions or germplasm exchanges.
