摘　　要：大批量定制生产方式能快速和低成本地向顾客提供个性化和定制化产品 ,因此正在成为制造业的主流生产模式 .不同的行业以往的生产方式是不同的 ,但它们的发展方向却是相似的 .有的是从过去的大批量生产模式转向大批量定制生产模式 ,如汽车工业和家电工业 ;有的是从过去的定制生产模式转向大批量定制生产模式 ,如船舶工业和工业汽轮机行业 ;有的是从过去的批量生产模式转向大批量定制生产模式 ,如机床工业和航空工业 .当然 。The production of MC can provided customers with persoual and customized product quickly and in lower price. As a result, MC is becoming the main production mode. Though the production modes in the different industries were different, the direction of their development is similar. Some modes are from mass production in the past to MC just as car and TV sets industry, some are from customized production in the past to MC just as shipping and steamer machine industry, others are from batch production in the past to MC just as machine tool and aviation industry. The degrees MC adopted are certainly distinct.
