摘　　要：本文构建了以柯布-道格拉斯生产函数为基础的经济计量模型,利用2002—2011年我国高技术产业及其下属五大行业的数据,研究FDI与内资企业的关系,其产出表现为正相关,产生比较明显的技术溢出效应。而在整个高技术产业、电子及通信设备制造业中,FDI与内资企业的产出表现为负相关。在此基础之上,对加强FDI对我国的技术溢出效应提出一系列对策建议。This paper does regression analysis of the influence of FDI on the high-tech industry in China by constructing the econometric model based on Cobb - Douglas production function and using the data of the hightech industry and its subordinate five industries in China from 2002 to 2011.We find that in pharmaceutical manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, computer and office equipment manufacturing industry and the medical equipment and instrument manufacturing industry, FDI and the output of domestic enterprises has a positive cor- relation; while in the high-tech industry, electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry, FDI and the output of domestic enterprises has negative correlation. On this basis we put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the technology spillover effect of FDI in china.
