摘　　要：制造业企业往往过于关注生产和物流,而忽视非生产相关部门中产生的浪费,再加上非生产区域的浪费大部分不可量化,导致企业面对这方面的浪费无计可施。本文使用精益生产中的价值流概念,对非生产区域流程进行可视化,有利于找出改进点,定义行动措施,优化非生产区域的流程,对企业有很好的指导作用。Manufacturing enterprises are always too concerned about the production and logistics to ignore the waste in indirect areas. And the most of the waste of indirect areas can＇t be quantified, are non production areas, thus many enterprises are in a quandary when faced with the waste of indirect areas. Using the concept of value flow of lean production, this paper visualizes the process in indirect areas to identify the improvement points, definition and prioritize solutions. Resulting in the principle of lowest cost with highest efficiency, this paper effectively optimizes the process in indirect areas, so as to provide theoretical basis for enterprise.
