高校教练员能力素质模型构建研究

摘　　要：为深入研究高校教练员能力素质模型特点,以湖南省高校教练员、大学生运动员以及主管领导为研究对象,采用访谈法等研究方法,调查并分析高校教练员能力素质的表现特征,构建高校教练员能力素质模型,并编制问卷验证模型的稳定性。结果表明:高校教练员能力素质模型是由4个维度20个表现特征构成。2.与我国专业教练员相比,高校教练员能力素质模型中的沟通协调能力和敬业更显突出。3.经信效度检验,该模型结构稳定,能很好表现高校教练员能力素质特征。In order to go into the competency model construction of the coaches in universities and colleges , this paper assessed the coaches in universities and colleges , college athletes and the competent leadership in Hunan by adopting interview method, investigate and analyze the characteristics of the coaches in universities and colleges and build their competency model , and verify the stability of the model by the questionnaires .The results indicated that 1 ） the model consists of 4 dimensions and20 representative aspects .2 ） Compared with the professional coaches , the coaches in universities and colleges need more coordination and communication skills and their devotion .3） The test results of the reliability and validity indicate the structure is stable and can well describethe competency characteristics of the coaches in universities and colleges .
