摘　　要：通过对山东省8所地方本科院校的调查,从实验队伍现状、实验室建设、职称评聘等对实验队伍发展的影响进行调查研究。为了适应地方本科院校的发展,在加强实验室建设的同时必须加强实验队伍建设,摆脱实验队伍不受重视的窘境,逐步建设一支结构合理、队伍稳定、有创新精神的实验队伍,切实发挥高校实验室的作用。Through the survey on eight local colleges in Shandong province , from the experimental team status , laboratory construction , academic title appraisal , this paper makes survey on development of the laboratory team . In order to adapt to the development of the local undergraduate colleges and universities , at the same time of strengthening the construction of laboratory , we must strengthen the construction of laboratory team , get rid of the plight of experimental team values , build a reasonable structure , stable team, innovative experiment team , and play the role of laboratory in colleges and universities .
