摘　　要：协调能力作为中介素质,它渗透于足球运动员竞技能力各构成因素之中,并在体能、技能和心理能力的训练中发挥着极为重要作用。本文结合相关文献和训练实践就协调能力的内涵和价值进行分析探讨,以期为提高高校的足球训练效果提供一定的借鉴和参考。As mediate quality, coordination ability permeates the football players ’ competitive ability constitute factors, and plays an extremely important role in the physical training , skills, and mental ability.This paper, in combination with related literature and training practice , discusses the connotation and value of coordination ability, so as to provide certain reference and reference for improving the effect of college football training .
