护理干预在冬病夏治穴位敷贴治疗慢性过敏性鼻炎中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预措施在冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗慢性过敏性鼻炎的应用效果。方法选择128例慢性过敏性鼻炎患者,所有患者均采用冬病夏治穴位敷贴进行治疗,其中观察组64例患者采用护理干预措施,而对照组64例患者采用常规护理措施,比较2组患者的护理效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为90.6%,明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床症状各评分均显著优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗慢性过敏性鼻炎具有十分重要的意义,而及时有效的护理干预措施则可进一步增强患者的临床效果,大大改善患者的临床症状,有利于患者的预后恢复,值得在临床应用。Objective To investigate application of nursing intervention of patients with chronic allergic rhinitis treated with acupoint sticking therapy to cure the winter disease in summer. Methods 128 patients with chronic allergic rhinitis were treated with acupoint sticking therapy. 64 patients in the observation group used nursing interventions while 64 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.6 %, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The clinical symptoms of patients in observation group were significantly better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint sticking therapy to cure the winter disease in summer for chronic allergic rhinitis is of great significance, it can significantly improve clinical symptoms. So it is worthy of clinical application.
