摘　　要：目的探讨半月板成形术及术后康复训练对儿童膝关节外侧盘状半月板的治疗价值。方法选取2005年1月—2010年1月诊治的14例双膝外侧盘状半月板患者（28个关节）为研究对象,26个关节行半月板成形术,2个关节行半月板完全切除术,术后均行康复训练。观察患者的临床疗效、治疗前后VAS评分、膝关节功能Lyshlom评分的变化及随访结果。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,并获得2~4年随访,随访结果满意。术前视觉模拟评分（VAS）为（4.57±1.26）分,膝关节功能Lyshlom评分为（53.34±4.78）分;术后膝关节功能优良率为82.14%（23/28）,VAS评分（0.92±0.13）分,Lyshlom评分（92.25±1.34）分,与治疗前比较均有显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论半月板成形术及术后康复训练治疗儿童膝关节盘状半月板的临床疗效满意,术中应尽量保存半月板组织。Objective To explore the therapeutic values of menisci reformation and postoperative rehabilitation trainings in the treatment of infantile lateral discoid meniscus of both knees. Methods A total of 14 patients with lateral discoid meniscus（ 28 knee-joints） admitted in our hospital from January 2005 to January 2010 served as study objects,in which 26 knee-joints were treated with menisci reformation and 2 with complete meniscectomy. Postoperative rehabilitation trainings were given to all patients. Clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale（ VAS） score and Lyshlom knee functional score before and after treatment as well as follow-up results were observed. Results All patients were with successful surgeries and followed up for 2 ~ 4 years with satisfactory results. Preoperative VAS and Lyshlom scores were（ 4. 57 ± 1. 26） and（ 53. 34 ± 4. 78） scores while postoperative ones were（ 0. 92± 0. 13） and（ 92. 25 ± 1. 34） scores,respectively,with postoperative excellent and effective rate of knee function were 82. 14%（ 23 /28）,which were all statistically significant when compared with treatment before（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Menisci reformation and postoperative rehabilitation trainings have satisfactory clinical efficacy in the treatment of infantile lateral discoid meniscus of kneejoints,which can reserve the menisus tissues.
