经直肠超声弹性成像技术在前列腺良恶性病变诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声弹性成像技术在前列腺良恶性病变诊断中的价值。方法分析在本院诊治的60例前列腺病变患者的临床资料。结果 60例患者超声弹性分级显示Ⅰ级16例,Ⅱ级11例,Ⅲ级9例,Ⅳ级10例,Ⅴ级14例。以病理诊断结果为金标准,弹性成像诊断正确51例,诊断正确率85.00%。弹性成像敏感性92.87%,特异性78.13%。结论超声弹性成像对前列腺良恶性病变的诊断具有较好的敏感性和特异性,有助于病变性质的判断。Objective To explore the value of trans- rectal elastosonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors of prostate. Methods The clinical materials of 60 patients with tumor of prostate were analyzed. Results As revealed by the elastosonograms,16 patients were at grade Ⅰ,11 were at grade Ⅱ,9 were at grade Ⅲ,10 were at grade Ⅳ and 14 were at grade Ⅴ. Based on the golden standard pathologic diagnosis,51 cases were correctly diagnosed by elastosonography,the correct diagnosis percentage was 85. 00%,and the sensitivity and specificity of elastosonography were 92.87% and 78. 13% respectively. Conclusion Elastosonography has good sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors of prostate,and it is helpful for judgment of the tumor nature.
