摘　　要：报告1例Kyrle病。患者男,69岁。双小腿伸侧丘疹、结节半年余。既往有糖尿病、慢性肾功能衰竭史,目前规律血透中。皮损组织病理检查示表皮角化过度,可见由角化过度和角化不全组成的角栓,表皮内出现凹陷管道,内有角质栓穿通到皮肤表面,凹陷的管道内可见炎症碎屑,管道基底真皮部可见肉芽肿性炎症反应。根据临床表现和组织病理学改变诊断为Kyrle病。A case of Kyrle＇s disease is reported. A 69-year-old male who had a history of diabetes mellitus, chronic renal failure still under hemodialysis, presented with papules and nodules on the extensor sides of his legs for more than 6 months. Histopathological examination showed epidermal hyperkeratosis, keratotic plug composed of hyperkeratosis and parakeratosis, and invagination of the epidermis. There were inflammatory debris, keratotic plug which extended to the skin surface, and granulomatous reaction near the basal layer of the dermis in the invagination. According to the clinical manifestations and histopathologic changes, the diagnosis of Kyrle＇s disease was made.
