摘 要:目的探讨吗啡对兔定量药物脑电图(QPEEG)β1频段功率百分比的影响。方法 36只成年家兔随机均分为六组:NS组(生理盐水1ml/kg)、LD、MD、HD组(分别给予吗啡0.5、1.0、2.0mg/kg)、N组(纳洛酮200μg/kg)和NAM组(纳洛酮200μg/kg+吗啡2.0 mg/kg)。应用QPEEG分析各组静脉给药前后β1频段功率百分比的变化。结果与给药前比较,给药后,NS、N、LD和MD组中β1频段功率百分比无明显变化(P>0.05),HD组中β1频段功率百分比在部分脑区1-20min内增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。上述变化与吗啡剂量呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。NAM组中给吗啡前后β1频段功率百分比无明显变化(P>0.05),且部分脑区低于HD组(P<0.05)。结论吗啡以剂量依赖方式增加兔QPEEGβ1频段功率百分比;纳洛酮可逆转这一现象。β1频段可能成为反映镇痛程度的指标。Objective To explore the effects of morphine on the percentage of β1-band power of quantitative pharmaco-electroencephalogram (QPEEG) in rabbits. Methods Thirty-six rabbits were equally randomized into 6 groups of NS(normal saline 1 ml/kg), LD(morphine 0. 5 mg/kg), MD (morphine 1.0 mg/kg), HD(morphine 2. 0 mg/kg) ,N(naloxone 200μg/kg) and NAM(naloxone 200 pg/kgd-morphine 2. 0 mg/kg). QPEEG activity was processed with power spectual analysis to analyze the change of the percentage of β1-band power before and after intravenous administration. Results Compared with before, there were no obvious changes in the percentage of β1-band power in groups of NS, N, LD and MI) after administration(P〉0. 05). The percentage of β1-band power was increased in several brain regions during 1-20 min after administration in group HD(P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01), and the change of the percentage of β1-band power was positively correlated with the dose of morphine (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). There was no obvious change in the percentage of β1-band power before and after administration in group NAM(P〉0. 05),which was lower than that in several brain regions of group HD after administration (P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion Morphine can increase the percentage of β1-band power of QPEEG in a dose-dependant manner in rabbits, which can be antagonized by naloxone. The percentage of β1-band power may become an indicator reflecting analgesia degree.
