丙泊酚复合雷米芬太尼静脉全麻对人工流产术患者记忆功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丙泊酚复合雷米芬太尼静脉全麻对人工流产术患者记忆功能的影响。方法人工流产术患者60例,采用丙泊酚复合雷米芬太尼静脉全麻。按脑电双频指数(BIS)值均分为A(BIS值66-85)、B(BIS值41-65)、C(BIS值30-40)三组,比较术后外显记忆和内隐记忆成绩的变化。结果与0比较,A组术后两种记忆成绩均有统计学差异(P<0.05),B组仅内隐记忆成绩有统计学差异(P<0.05),C组两种记忆成绩均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 BIS值41-65时,患者外显记忆消失,但内隐记忆存在。为避免内隐记忆带来的的不良影响,应控制BIS值30-40的麻醉深度。Objective To evaluate the effect of propofol combined with remifentanil intravenous anesthesia on the memory function of patients undergoing artificial abortion. Methods Sixty patients undergoing artificial abortion anesthetized with intravenous propofol combined with remifentanil were equally divided into 3 groups, in whom BIS value was kept in 66-85 （group A）, 41-65 （group B） and 30-40（group C）. The changes of explicit memory and implicit memory performance were observed after operation. Results There were significant differences between 0 and two memory performances in group A, and between 0 and implicit memory performance in group B after operation（P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences between 0 and two memory performances in group C after operation（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion With BIS value of 41-65, the explicit memory is disappeared, but the implicit memory exists. To avoid adverse effect of implicit memory, BIS value should be kept in 30-40 during anesthesia with propofol combined with remifentanil.
