摘　　要：周汝昌之所以把从文学角度研究《红楼梦》的思想内容、人物形象、艺术成就等等开出红学大门,是由于他没有中文系的学历,"文学理论水平又十分低下",扬长避短,就把从文艺学、美学角度研究《红楼梦》从红学中开除出去了。至于他的红学四学"曹学、版本学、探佚学、脂学"几乎全从臆断出发,证假为真,不具备"学"的特质。他的红学观从一个侧面证明曹雪芹"假作真时真亦假"预言的正确。The paper contends that the reason why ZHOU Ru-chang excludes all the research on＂A Dream of Red Mansions＂in the literary view is that he has no Chinese educational background and＂his literary theoretical level is low＂, thus expelling the researches in the perspectives of literature science and aesthetics from the redology. Almost all his argumentations about the redology start from his own assumption and are of no＂learning＂characteristics.
