摘　　要：简述了本钢特钢厂AISI 4145HM圆钢生产过程中常见的缺陷问题；分析了头部刮丝、成品材弯曲两种重要缺陷的产生原因；提出了现有设备条件下对该品种圆钢轧制缺陷的控制方法。Sketched the common defects on roiling AISI 4145HM bar steel; analysed the causes of two major defects; and found out the method of controlling the defects by rolling this type of steel while the equipment was at a standstill.
