摘  要:采用玻璃融片、波长色散X-荧光光谱法[1-3]测定铁矿石中镍、铬含量,使用经ICP法准确定值、涵盖被测矿种的试样绘制工作曲线,运用经验系数法用三元线性回归的方法求出"强度—含量"公式及各次系数,对基体进行校正,计算试样中待测组分含量。方法准确度、精密度满足分析要求,适用于铁矿石、铁精矿、烧结矿、球团矿等含铁物料中镍、铬的测定。The method of melting glass plate-wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine the nickel and chromium contents in iron ore. The calibration curve was built by using different mineral samples whose contents were exactly determined by ICP method. The "strength-content" formula and coefficients were obtained by experience coefficient and ternary linear regression methods to correct the matrix and calculate the contents of to-be-determined components in the sample. The accuracy and precision of this method meets the requirements of analysis. It is suitable for the determination of nickel and chromium in iron-bearing materials such as iron ores, iron concentrates, sintered ores and pellets.
