摘 要:针对内蒙古某低品位高氧化率混合锌矿的特点,采用先硫化锌浮选-后氧化锌浮选工艺进行了试验研究,其中氧化锌浮选采用硫化-胺法工艺。结果表明,在不脱泥,磨矿细度-0.074 mm 75%,经硫化矿优先浮选,获得硫化矿锌精矿品位59.89%,锌回收率32.92%;氧化矿硫化胺法浮选获得锌精矿品位32.40%,锌回收率28.01%,有效实现了低品位氧化锌矿的浮选。According to the mineral properties of a low-grade mixed zinc ore with high oxidation rate in Inner Mongolia, a flotation test of the ore was carried out by adopting the process of zinc sulphide ore flotation followed by zinc oxide ore flotation. Sulfidization-amine method was used in the zinc oxide ore flotation. The results show that the preferential flotation of zinc sulphide ore can obtain a grade of zinc concentrate of 59.89% and Zn recovery of 32.92% while the flotation of zinc oxide ore by sulfidization-amine method can obtain a grade of zinc concentrate of 32.40% and Zn recovery of 28.01% at a grinding fineness of 75% -0.074 mm without pre-desliming.
