热灌注化疗联合射频热疗治疗恶性腹腔积液34例疗效与护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨热灌注化疗联合射频热疗治疗恶性腹腔积液的效果及护理方法。方法:将68例恶性腹腔积液患者随机分为实验组和对照组各34例,对照组采用腹腔内注入化疗药物治疗,实验组采用热灌注化疗联合射频热疗治疗,治疗前后,两组均给予护理干预。比较两组疗效、不良反应及患者满意度。结果:实验组有效率、患者满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果:热灌注化疗联合射频热疗治疗恶性腹腔积液可明显提高效果及患者满意度,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of hyperthemal perfusion chemotherapy combined with radiofrequency hypertheimia therapy in the treatment of malignant peritoneal effusion and explore the nursing methods. Methods ： 68 patients with malignant peritoneal effusion were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group （34 cases in each group}. The patients in the control group were treated with intraperitoneal chemotherapy and the patients in the experimental group were treated with hyperthemal perfusion chemotherapy combined with radiofrequency hyperthermia therapy, the patients in both groups were given nursing intervention before and after the treatment. The curative effect,adverse reaction and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results：The effec- tive rate and the satisfaction rate of the patients were higher in the experimental group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The hyperthemal perfusion chemotherapy combined with radiofrequency hyperthermia therapy can significantly improve the curative effect and patient satisfaction in the treatment of malignant peritoneal effusion, and it is one of safe and effective treatment methods.
