摘  要:目的建立慢性饮酒大鼠模型,测定精子动态参数的变化情况,探讨不同酒精含量对大鼠精子动态参数的影响。方法将40只健康雄性成年SD大鼠随机分为4组,其中对照组给予蒸馏水灌胃,酒精组分别给予无水酒精(0.5 g/(kg·d)、2.5 g/(kg·d)、5 g/(kg·d))灌胃,连续20 w。测定各组大鼠精子动态参数的变化情况。结果与对照组相比较,各酒精组大鼠在直线运动速率、精子头侧摆幅度、鞭打频率、前向性、直线性方面均有明显减弱,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);而在精子密度、平均速率及曲线运动速率方面变化不明显。结论慢性饮酒通过影响雄性大鼠附属性腺的功能,导致精子动态参数均出现不同程度的异常,从而影响其生育能力。Objective To explore the effects of different alcohol levels on sperm dynamic parameters of male rats by measuring them after establishing a model of chronic ethanol ingestion of male rats. Methods 40 healthy Sprague-Dawley adult male rats were randomly divided into four groups. The control group was fed with alcohol distilled water. The other three groups were respectively fed with different doses of alcohol [0. 5 g /(kg·d),2. 5 g /(kg·d),5 g /(kg·d)]for 20 weeks by gavage. Sperm dynamic parameters were determined. Results Parameters in the alcohol groups,including the linear motion speed,amplitude of lateral swing of sperm head,whipping frequency,straightness and linearity,were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P〈 0. 05 or P〈 0. 01). There was no significant difference in terms of sperm density,mean rate and curvilinear motion rate. Conclusion Chronic ethanol ingestion will influence the fertility of male rats by affecting the function of the accessory glands of male rats,which leads to abnormality of the sperms' dynamic parameters.
