摘　　要：目的探讨超分割放射治疗脑星形细胞瘤的护理观察要点。方法回顾性分析178例脑星形细胞瘤患者在放射治疗前、治疗期间、出院前所采取的护理措施。结果 178例患者,由于护理措施得当,使放射治疗计划顺利实施。结论针对患者特点,有效的全程心理护理与放射治疗期间的护理观察是确保治疗计划圆满完成的重要环节。Objective To explore the nursing observation points of brain astrocytoma treated with hyperfractional radiotherapy.Methods The clinical nursing measures for 178 cases of brain astrocytoma during the period of pre-radiotherapy,intra-radiotherapy and pre-discharge were analyzed retrospectively. Results The radiation treatment plan was carried out smoothly for 178 cases due to proper nursing measures. Conclusion According to,specific and effective psychological nursing,based on patients＇ individual features,as well as careful observation is the key to the successful radiation treatment.
