早期功能锻炼在人工髋关节置换术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨人工髋关节置换术后早期功能锻炼的护理及其效果。方法:将我院收治的74例行人工髋关节置换术患者随机分为实验组及对照组各37例,对照组实施常规护理干预,实验组实施早期功能锻炼护理干预,观察两组患者并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果:实验组并发症发生率为2.7%,对照组为27.0%;实验组术后生活质量SF-36评分为(74.81±16.04)分,对照组为(48.72±12.77)分,以上两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:接受人工髋关节置换术患者实施早期功能锻炼时加强其针对性护理措施,可使患者早期下床活动,增强机体的抗病能力,提高患者的生活质量,减少各种并发症的发生,防止髋关节周围软组织粘连、挛缩,减少住院时间。Objective ：To explore the nursing method and investigate the effect of early functional exercise in patients after total hip arthroplasty. Methods ：74 patients who underwent total artificial hip joint replacement in our hospital were randomly divided into the experi- mental group and the control group （ 37 cases in each group ）. The routine nursing intervention was implemented in the control group and the early functional exercise was adopted in the experimental group, the incidence of complications was observed in the two groups. Re- suits ：The incidence of complications was 2.7% in the experimental group and 27% in the control group ;the postoperative SF- 36 scores of life quality were 74.81 - 16.04 points in experimental group and 48.72±12.77 points in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The early functional exercise combined with targeted nursing measures can have the patients get early ambulation and can improve the quality of life and reduce the occurrence of complications in patients after total hip arthroplasty.
