摘　　要：目的：就护理干预在非小细胞肺癌患者同步放化疗中的应用进行探讨。方法：选取2010年4月到2013年4月我院内科住院部收治的非小细胞肺癌患者250例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各125例。对照组在同步放化疗内给予常规专科护理及治疗，而观察组则在常规护理基础上予以一系列的护理干预。结果：在同步放化疗中对患者予以适当的护理干预，可以将患者恐惧、紧张的不良情绪大幅度降低。在同步放化疗中对患者予以适当的护理干预，可以将患者在抑郁、焦虑的不良情绪大幅度降低。结论：适当的护理干预在非小细胞肺癌患者同步放化疗中的应用，能够便于建立良好的医患关系，可操作性强，可有效降低恐惧、紧张、抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪。具有较好的临床应用价值，值得推广应用。Objective： For the nursing intervention in patients with non--small cell lung cancer concurrent chemoradiotherapy ap- plication are discussed. Methods： April 2012 to April 2013 250 cases of non--small cell lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital inpatient department were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 125 cases. The control group received conven- tional chemotherapy concurrent radiotherapy within specialist care and treatment, and the observation group to be in a range of nurs- ing interventions on the basis of routine care. Results： be appropriate nursing interventions to patients, patients may fear concurrent chemoradiotherapy , the significant reduction of tension negative emotions. In concurrent chemoradiotherapy, in its appropriate nurs- ing interventions to patients can be significantly reduced in patients with negative emotions , depression, anxiety. Conclusion： The appropriate nursing interventions concurrent radiotherapy in non--small cell lung cancer patients with chemotherapy in the applica- tion, can facilitate the establishment of a good doctor--patient relationship , easy to operate, can effectively reduce the fear, stress, depression , anxiety and other negative emotions . Has better clinical value , should be widely applied .
