应用口鼻面罩连接人工鼻给氧在经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤术后口腔舒适度的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨口鼻面罩连接人工鼻给予氧气吸入用于经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术后鼻腔填塞时患者舒适度的观察与效果。方法回顾性分析2008年7月至2012年6月收治的90例经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术后鼻腔填塞患者随机分为对照组（30例）与观察组（60例），对照组按经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术后常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上应用口鼻面罩连接人工鼻给予氧气吸入，并观察患者舒适度。结果观察组舒适度显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），差别具有统计学意义。结论口鼻面罩连接人工鼻给予氧气吸入能提高经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术后患者的舒适度，给患者提供恰当的舒适的护理，可缓解患者的恐惧和焦虑情绪，有利于患者舒适，减少并发症．促进术后恢复。Objective To investigate the effects of the oral comfort with the use of oronasal mask connected with artificial nose when nasal is packed after the transsphenoldal surgery of pituitary adenoma. Methods The clinical data of 90 cases of pituitary adenomas from July 2008 to 2012 June underwent transsphenoidal surgery were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients whose nasal is packed after the surgery were randomly divided into control group （30 cases） and observation group （60 cases） ,the control group received routine postoperative nursing , while the observation group obtained the extra use of oronasal mask connected with artificial nose during the postoperative nursing, then observe the patientsbral comfort degree. Results The comfort degree was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group （P（0.05）, Conclusion The application of oronasal mask connected with artificial nose after the transsphenoidal surgery of pituitary sdenoma can improve the oral comfort and promote the postoperative recovery.
