摘　　要：为了提高新生报到管理过程中的工作效率,利用管理信息系统MIS对新生报到工作进行统一管理和决策部署已成为大势所趋。论述了将条型码技术应用到新生报到管理系统中,给出了系统设计目的、网络拓扑结构、数据库设计和系统功能模块的设计模型。In order to improve the work process efficieney of freshmen registration management, the use of management information system （MIS） which has been employed to unify the management and decisions has become the trend. In this paper, we will discuss the applieation of bar code teehnology into freshmen registration system and present the design model which consists of system design objectives, network topology structure, database design and system function module.
