摘　　要：从概念上界定了电子服务、电子政务服务以及电子政务信息服务,阐述了信息系统持续使用的基础理论模型;概括了电子服务持续使用的相关研究成果,对国内外电子政务服务持续使用的研究现状进行综述;指出目前研究忽略了电子政务信息服务阶段的持续使用问题,围绕电子政务信息服务公众持续使用的影响因素进行深入研究对于电子政务服务发挥其应有价值具有更重要的现实意义。This paper defined the implications of e-services, e- govenunent services and e- govemnmnt information servioss, explaining the dassical theoretical models of information system continuance. Sunnmarizing the research status of Elecctronic services related fields and e - govenment information services, the paper indicated that the current study ignores the continued use of e - government information service stage, further research on influencing factors of e - government information services continued use for public which has more practical significance for the value of e- govemment services.
