摘　　要：自启蒙运动以降,技术开始真正成为社会、经济发展的重要组成部分。然而,技术在进步的过程中并非是一帆风顺的,对新技术的抵制与反抗往往出现在许多时期和地方,却似乎在很大程度上被我们所忽视了。文章对技术抵制的各种原因予以分类,通过哲学反思试图说明:在历史上,技术进步的抵制已经是一种一般现象,技术发展史是技术进步与抵制的斗争史。Since the Enlightenment,technology has become in a real sense an important component of the social and economic development. However,the development of new technology is not without a hitch; there are against the new technology kinds of resistance occurring in different places and periods of time but ignored by us to a big extent. In this article,causes of the resistance are classified,and the philosophical reflection on them shows that resistance to the progress of technology has been a common historical phenomenon,and the history of technological development is by nature a long- term struggle of innovation and resistance.
