摘　　要：目前我国土地整治领域的研究成果很多,主要集中在理论方法、整治技术、管理机制、绩效评价4大领域。结合土地整治行业发展需求,土地综合整治和整理目标多元化受到重视,土地整治过程的公众参与权实现、绩效评价和生态效应研究为当前热点。采用文献分析、归纳对比的方法,以CNKI数据库收录的文献为基础,对2012年度国内土地整治领域公开发表的学术成果进行归纳总结,旨在为进一步研究土地整治相关问题提供参考和借鉴。研究发现还需要从以下方面深入探讨:构建土地整治主流理论,完善土地整治基础理论;基于整治目标多元化注重差异化设计和土地整治集成技术研究;深入研究与我国经济社会特点相适应的公众参与机制与模式;应进一步走向定量化和评价过程公开透明化,突出生态效用。The achievements of land consolidation research have been made mainly in the fields of theoretical methods, technology,management mechanism,and performance evaluation.Comprehensive land consolidation and diversified obj ectives have been emphasized on account of the development needs of land consolidation industry,and the present hot topics are the realization of public participation right,the performance evaluation and the research on ecological effect in the process of land consolidation.Using methods of literature analysis and comparative induction,based on CNKI database,this paper summarizes the academic achievements in the field of domestic land consolidation published in 2012.The research reveals that further researches to be done around such topics as （1 ）establishing the theoretical system of land consolidation;（2 ）focusing on different strategy and integrating technology of land consolidation;（3 ）implementing the public participation right;and （4 ） formulating unified standard and highlighting ecological effect.
