摘　　要：本文旨在有效预防和减少校园各类刑事及其他违法案件,维护校园安全稳定,为"平安校园"建设奠定良好的基础。以"平安校园"建设为视角,将"平安校园"建设与大学生法律素质培养进行全新结合,即根据"平安校园"建设的需要,寻求更为全面、系统、有针对性的大学生法律素质培养教育途径。目前因学生自身法律素质问题引发的校园安全事件时有发生,学生良好的守法意识和健全的法制观念是保障校园秩序正常和校园环境稳定的重要因素。校园安全稳定离不开大学生的遵纪守法,高校应当重视大学生法律素质的培养,从而为建设理性化、秩序化以及和谐化"平安校园"提供坚实的法律保障。The purpose of this article is to effectively prevent and reduce the criminal cases or other illegal cases in the university, to maintain the security and stability of university, to lay a good foundation for the construction of safe university. This text takes the construction of safe university as an angle of view, combining the construction of safe university and development of students＆#39; law quality. In other words, according to the demand of safe uni-versity, this article wants to seek the more comprehensive, sys-tematic and targeted way for the development of students＆#39; law quality. At present, security incidents on campus caused due to the students＇ law quality are frequent.students＆#39; good law-abiding consciousness and sound legal concept is an important factor for protecting the normal order and environment＇s stability of univer-sity. Security and stability of university can＇t separate from law-abiding college students＇ University should pay attention to the development of student＆#39;s law quality so as to provide the solid legal safeguard for constructing rational, orderly and harmonious safe university.
