摘 要:美国约瑟夫·奈(Joseph Nye)提出软实力(Soft Power)概念以后,引起国际社会关注,中国提出了文化软实力概念。中国的文化软实力概念不是对西方理论话语的借用,而是基于中国自身的实践基础和演变逻辑的思想创造。文化软实力在文化概念内涵上由传统文化概念包含的文化价值、文献作品和该文化价值在社会组织活动中的广泛运用两个方面构成,再加上对上述各种文化形态进行有力传播,强化其扩散力、影响力,才构成文化软实力的完整概念。Soft Power has attracted the attention of the international community after being proposed by Joseph Nye. Then China has developed it into the term "Curlutural Soft Power". The Chinese concept of Cultural Soft Power is not simply borrowed from western theoretical discourse, but a thoughtful creation based on Chinese practical basis and evolution logic. Cultural Soft Power in conceptual connotation of culure is formed by traditional concept of cul- ture which includes cultural values, cultural works, and the extensive utilization of the cultural values in social organizations and activities. Moreover, the complete concept of Cultural Soft Power is also formed by strong cultural diffusion of above - mentioned cultural types as well as the reinforcement of its diffusions and influences.
