摘　　要：高校教育智库是世界各国智库格局中的重要组成部分。伦敦大学教育学院是英国最具影响力的高校教育智库,它采取知识传播、人才培养、社会服务和决策咨询"四位一体"的高校智库运作模式,并且根据英国和伦敦社会现实需求以及全球教育理念变革,调整其战略目标,为世界各国政府部门、公共机构和国际组织等提供教育和社会发展方面的政策咨询,对我国高校教育智库建设与发展具有参考价值。The university-affiliated educational think tank is an important component in the framework of think tanks all over the world. As the most powerful university-affiliated educational think tank in UK, the Institute of Education （IOE） adopts a ＂four-in-one＂ operating mode based on knowledge dissemination,talent cultivation,public service and policy-making consultation. It devotes continuously to provide educational policy advices to the governments, public institutions and international organizations in accordance with the reality demands of society in London and the whole Great Britain, as well as the concept renovation of global education. The think-tank activities of IOE are valuable on constructing and perfecting the university-affiliated educational think tank in China.
