公众档案利用行为现状的调查分析——基于苏州市民的调查

摘　　要：本文采用问卷法、深度访谈等,调查了苏州市近600名普通公众的档案利用行为现状。结果表明:公众档案利用行为总体处于较低水平,其中,档案利用意识水平最低,而在档案利用内容上倾向于选择与自己生活密切相关、能够解决实际生活中遇到的问题以及具有较强的知识性、欣赏性、趣味性的档案,在档案利用方式上,建立在数字技术与互联网基础上的新媒体档案利用方式受到普通公众的欢迎,特别是网络利用已经成为公众的首选。In this paper, using the method of questionnaire, depth interview, investigate nearly 600 general public＇s archives utilization status in Suzhou. The results show that： the overall situation is at a low level, in which archival consciousness level is the lowest. In the archives utilization content, people tend to choose intellectual, appreciative, interesting archives relevant to their lives, to solve the problems encountered in real life. And in the archives utilization way, the new media using method is more and more welcome by the general public, which is based on the digital technology and the website, especially the Internet using has become the public＇s first choice.
