摘　　要：档案馆的文化性已为人们所认识,但档案馆并非一般性的文化事业机构,而是具有行政性、政治性、机密性特点的文化事业机构。档案馆性质的特殊性与档案馆的职责和馆藏成分有着密切的联系,文章对档案馆馆藏主体——国家档案——的概念和特点展开系统阐述,并以此为基础对档案馆性质的特殊性做了初步的分析和探索。Although the culture of archives is well known, archives are not common cultural institu- tions of society, but instead, cultural institutions characterized by administration, politics, and confidentiality. This special nature of archives has close relationship with its responsibility and the components of collec- tion. This thesis systematically describes the concepts and features of the subject of archives＇ collections-- national archives. Based on this description, the thesis attempts to analyze and explore the special nature of archives.
