摘　　要：组件具有重用性、可定制性、自包容性和互操作性,是当前软件系统开发的主要技术。文件管理服务组件将电子文件生命周期内的各项管理功能封装为功能明确、接口规范且具有互操作性的组件,以此作为电子文件管理系统软件设计与开发的标准,从而实现对电子文件规范化管理,促进档案信息资源的整合和共享。Component, which has the characteristics of reusability, customizable, self-inclusiveness and interoperability, is a major technology in software development nowadays. Records management service com- ponents encapsulate the ma.nagement functions during the electronic records lifecycle into components which have explicit function, specific interface and interoperability. Taking these as the standards of electronic records management software system design and development, it will bring about the normalization of elec- tronic records management and promote the integrity and sharing of archival information resources.
