临床护理路径在LAVH患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在腹腔镜辅助下行阴式全子宫切除术患者中的应用效果。方法将2013年1—12月期间在我院妇科住院行腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术的66例患者按入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组(常规护理组)各33例,观察组(临床护理路径组)采用腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术临床护理路径,对照组(常规护理组)实行常规的腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术护理流程,比较两组患者住院天数、住院费用、术后首次下床时间、首次排气时间、术后并发症发生率、患者及家属的满意率。结果观察组住院天数、住院费用、术后首次下床时间、首次排气时间、术后并发症发生率均少于对照组,患者及家属满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术患者,可以明显减少并发症,降低诊疗费用,减少住院时间,提高患者及家属的满意度,使广大患者获得更佳的护理服务。Objective To explore the effect of clinical perioperative nursing pathway in patients those who received laparoscope assisted vaginal hysterectomy （ LAVH）.Methods 66 patients, those who received laparoscope assisted vaginal hysterectomy in department of gynaecology in our hospial during January 2013 and December 2013, were randomly divided into observation group （ clinical nursing path group ） and control group （ routine nursing group ） according to admission order , 33 patients in each group .Compared the indexes of the two groups which including hospital stay , hospital costs, the first time for patients to get off patient -bed, the first time to have anal exhaust , incidence rates of complications , satisfactoriness of patients and their family members . Results Hospital stay, hospital costs, the first time for patients to get off patient -bed, the first time to have anal exhaust and incidence rates of complications of observation group were significantly less than those of control group, but the satisfactoriness was precede that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The clinical nursing pathway for LAVH patients can decrease the occurrence of complications , the medical costs and hospital stay , and can improve the satisfactoriness of both patient and their family , as well as nursing quality and efficiency .
